I’m really not into self-help or healthy sites. I’m the least likely person to go out and get one of those books or DVDs.
However I do like sites that are practical and use plain English.
RSI or repetitive strain injury is one of those ailments that affects quite a few people sometimes without them even being aware at first (think tennis elbow).
Beating RSI is a simple site where the author talks about various gadgets and techniques that he has been trying out to help with RSI. It’s not technical or complicated. It’s just simple and straight forward.
