Shopping Online With Ebay

ebay ireland logo

I am a self-confessed Ebay addict (if such an ailment exists!).

Ebay is simply huge. You can find pretty much anything you’ve ever thought of on there and if you’re not careful you may even stumble across things you didn’t even know existed.

I have bought a lot of stuff off eBay over the last few years. Books, CDs, DVDs, electronics, stamps, postcards, watches – the list goes on and on.

There are a couple of reasons why I use eBay.

On the one hand I can save money on a lot of items. Audio cables, for example, cost a fraction on eBay.

Other things I simply cannot find anywhere else, such as CDs from defunct music groups.

The only bad thing about eBay is that you can end up spending so much time and money on there if you’re not careful…

Dealing With Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)

beating rsiI’m really not into self-help or healthy sites. I’m the least likely person to go out and get one of those books or DVDs.

However I do like sites that are practical and use plain English.

RSI or repetitive strain injury is one of those ailments that affects quite a few people sometimes without them even being aware at first (think tennis elbow).

Beating RSI is a simple site where the author talks about various gadgets and techniques that he has been trying out to help with RSI. It’s not technical or complicated. It’s just simple and straight forward.

Nice!

For once it’s nice to be in a position to use a site’s own description and not have to resort to inventing my own!

If you want to store your photos online easily then Pix.ie could be the place for you!

Calculate Costs With Callcosts.ie

callcosts.ie logo

Up until a few years ago there wasn’t much choice when it came to choosing your phone or broadband provider. You either went with Eircom or one of the few alternatives that existed at the time.

In the last few years the number of providers for both fixed and mobile calls has increased dramatically, so making sense of all the various “deals” can be an absolute nightmare.

CallCosts.ie, which is run by the Irish Communications Regulator, was setup to help the public make informed decisions without pulling out their hair. Instead of “shopping around” you should be able to see all the various prices in one place by simply “telling” the site what you use your phone for ie. how many minutes etc.,

The site is quite easy to use, though I only wish there were a business version of it!
